    Quality of candidates: Recommended candidates must go through interviews, verify their professional experience before recommendation, and conduct background checks before joining.

    Talent protection: During the signing period, Party B shall not actively recruit employees of Party A to other enterprises.

    Trade secrets: During the cooperation period, we strictly abide by the contractual provisions and will not disclose any confidential content related to the company's business strategy to any third party.

    Resignation of candidate: If the candidate resigns due to reasons within the warranty period, we will continue to recommend them for free until a replacement is found. If the candidate resigns during the warranty period, the paid service fee can be prioritized to replace the service fee for other positions.

    Cost guarantee: During the signing period, if there are no recommended candidates, or if the number of recommended candidates is less than 3 and the quality of the candidates is not recognized by the enterprise, or if no one interviews, we will refund the advance payment.
