工厂EHS经理 Plant EHS Manager 15-25万

一、任职资格
教育程度：大学本科或以上学历，大学英语四级或以上，环境工程、机械制造、电气工程，安全管理等相关专业 Bachelor degree in Environmental engineering, Machinery Manufacturing, Electricity, Safety management or related fields, CET-4 or above.
工作经验： 8年以上EHS管理相关工作经验，3年以上团队管理经验8 years or above EHS management experience, 3 years or above team management experience.
专业技能要求： 熟悉EHS管理体系标准；熟悉EHS相关法律法规；安全/环境事故的调查与处理程序；
Be familiar with EHS management system standard. Be familiar with EHS related laws and regulations. Investigation and management process of safety and environment incidents.
能力要求：良好的沟通能力；工作细致严谨;强烈的学习及团队合作精神及执行力；Good communication ability, delicate and rigorous work attitude, strong team-work inspirit and enforcement.
其他特殊要求：
*如有相关工作经验或者表现优异，或应届毕业生表现优异者，以上任职资格要求可适当放宽

三、主要工作联系
对内：公司各部门、车间Departments and workshops in MPJ
对外：政府部门（安监部门、质监部门、环保部门等）；EHS等相关方（如环评、安评、职业健康评价、污水处理等单位）；NCP承包商。Goverment sectors(e.g. Safety Supervision, Quality Supervision, Environmental Protection, etc. ). EHS related parties(e.g. Parties from EIA, SIA, OHIA, WWT supplier, etc.).

二、主要岗位职责
1．EHS管理体系运行Implementation of EHS management system
1）确保资源有效执行EHS管理体系Ensure effective enforcement of EHS management system
2）监督EHS管理体系变化Supervise changes of EHS management system
2．其他管理体系
Other management system
1）工厂人机工程项目整体推进和监管Carry forward and urge the Ergonomic project.
2）工厂能源节约项目和化学品节约项目敦促和监管Urge the enargy saving program and chemical reducing program.
3）LOTO执行情况推进 Carry forward and urge the LOTO system.
4）Mafact项目EHS模块工作的推进跟踪Advance tracking of EHS module work of Mafact project
3．监督各新项目“三同时””Three simultaneity” of new projects
1）监督各工厂/部门的新项目环保、职业健康安全等设备设施及措施与新项目同时设计、同时施工、同时投入使用。如：基建项目、生产线项目等Ensure environmental and occupational health and safety facilities to be designed, constructed and come into use simultaneously with new projects
4． 监测计划及绩效Surveillance plan and performance
1）确保工厂各相关部门按监测计划完成各项监测（如废水、废气、厂界噪声、职业卫生场所有害因素、有毒有害人员体检、防雷，消防等）Ensure related departments finish planned measurement(e.g. waste water, waste gas, boundary noise，hazards on occupational health site, health examination , lighting protection and fire controlling etc.)
2）确保各项监测结果符合法律法规要求Ensure measurement results compliance with laws and regulations
5．遵守与执行体系要求Enforcement and compliance with system requirements
1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、产品质量、环境保护、职业健康安全，消防等方面的法律法规及其他要求Compliance with laws and regulations related to labour, product quality, environmental protection and occupational health and safety and fire controlling,etc.
2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作Responsible for quality, environment, occupational health and safey management issues in business scope
3）负责本科室/车间的EHS工作，督促落实本管理范围内事故隐患的整改和险兆事件及以上的调查处理。Responsible for department /workshop EHS work. Supervise the implementation of this management within the scope of accidents and the rectification of potential  risk and the investigation of the NM and above.
6． EHS相关培训Related EHS trainings
       1）协调EHS相关培训得到有效实施（九种培训）Coordinate EHS related trainings(9 kinds)
7． 事故事件调查Incidents investigation
1）协助各车间完成事故事件调查，并确保符合公司的要求。Coordinate with plants to accomplish incidents investigation and ensure this compliance with company’s requirements.
8．团队管理Team management
1）协助领导进行EHS相关费用的管理Assist leader to manage EHS related expenses
2）组织管辖岗位绩效管理工作Organize subordinates’ performance management works 
3）负责所管辖人员培训、团队建设等工作Responsible for subordinates’ trainings and team-building works
9．领导交办的其他业务
 1） 完成领导交办的其他临时任务Finish other temporay tasks delivered by leader.
