2.0 职位概述/Job Summary Development engineer for high pressure solenoids and other valve related products. Familiar with mechanical and pneumatic components development, especially solenoids. Work with team and supplier to provide creative product design and solutions. Note: better to be capable with sensor and PCB application with valve design. Ÿ 整理内外部客户需求，确认电磁执行器/电磁阀边界输入。注意：最好具备在阀门的设计中集成传感器以及PCB板的开发能力 Ÿ Initiate benchmark, analyze competitor products, initiate patent research. Ÿ 发起竞争对手产品分析，发起竞争对手专利研究 Ÿ Use the design tools to ensure the components’ functionality, like the magnetic force, responds time, structure reliability. Ÿ 应用相关仿真软件和工具进行设计的可行性分析，包括电磁力，响应时间，结构强度等 Ÿ Make the tolerance stack up, output the assembly and components drawings. Ÿ 完成产品尺寸公差分析，输出总成以及零部件图纸 Ÿ Review design and development with internal / external partners Ÿ 与内外部伙伴评审设计和开发 Ÿ Assure the feasibility for assembly by alignment of the drawing requirements with prototype/ production and together make the PVP to validate the key manufacture parameters. Ÿ 与内部生产部门协调图纸要求，确保生产装配可行性,共同制定并完成PVP验证，确保关键工艺参数定义准确 Ÿ Working with purchasing and quality department to develop qualified suppliers and ensure the components with qualified performance. Ÿ 负责产品的DVP验证计划，协调完成试验，输出验证符合性报告进行产品功能耐久释放 Ÿ Be responsible for the creation and update of DFMEA. Ÿ 负责创建和更新 DFMEA Ÿ Support application, production, supplier to meet quality, cost and timeline targets. Ÿ 支持产品应用、生产、供应商，以确保达到质量、成本和时间上的要求 Ÿ Check special release requests from production, suppliers and provide recommendations. Ÿ 检查生产部门和供应商的特殊放行要求并提供建议 Ÿ Support quality in case of quality complaints Ÿ 如有质量投诉，支持质量同事
任职资格
4.0 需要的教育、经验、知识及技能/Required education, experience, knowledge and skills Ÿ Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical, electromagnetics, pneumatic, fluid mechanics engineering or other relevant fields Ÿ 大学本科学历及以上，机械，电磁，气动，流体等工程专业或其他相关专业 Ÿ At least 5 years working experience in solenoid actuator/ solenoid valve development（Compressed gaseous hydrogen storage, Automotive or industry field, automotive application is the best）. Experience in the development of high-pressure hydrogen solenoid valves for vehicle cylinders or hydrogen refueling stations above 35MPa/70MPa is preferred. Ÿ 至少 5 年工作经验：电磁阀或执行器相关产品开发(高压储氢，汽车或工业行业，汽车行业优先)。具有35MPa/70MPa及以上车载气瓶用或加氢站用高压氢气电磁阀开发经验者优先。 Ÿ Solid command of English in both written and spoken. Ÿ 良好的英语听说读写能力 Ÿ Capable of solving complex problems in the work with the system knowledge, be professional with planning, executing, and coordinating. Ÿ 能够运用系统的专业知识解决复杂的专业技术问题，具有较强的计划能力、执行能力、组织协调能力； Ÿ Initiative, willingness to change, team spirit and self- reflection. Ÿ 积极主动，勇于接受挑战，有团队合作精神及个人影响力 Ÿ Experience with Electric-magnetic components development, like theoretical design, product validation and components manufacture knowledge. Ÿ 具备电磁产品开发经验，如应用工具进行理论分析设计，进行零件认可释放，熟悉电磁产品零部件生产制造工艺 Ÿ Has knowledge of solenoid valve control, like PWM control unit theory. Understand the electronic components used for the control unit. Ÿ 具备电磁阀控制知识，对于电子元器件应用有一定的理解 Ÿ Better to have knowledge with solenoid valve control development and application experience Ÿ 最好有电磁阀控制开发基础或者应用经验 Ÿ Be familiar with necessary tools and processes in the work, such as: CATIA, APQP, SAP, FMEA, Maxwell etc. Ÿ 熟练运用工作中所需涉及到的相关软件和流程，如：CATIA、APQP、SAP、FMEA, Maxwell等。 Ÿ Knowledge and skills of MS-Office and project management tools. Ÿ 使用办公和项目管理工具的技能。
