Responsibilities:

•Establish, promote, and maintain company’s quality system; create and implement company quality standards.

•Train, educate and motivate employees to ensure that quality standards are met, achieve quality assurance operational objectives by monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.

•Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, and reliability prior to delivery; develop project quality assurance plan and obtain customer confirmation.

•Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

•Responsible for CM (Contract Manufacturing) implementation quality management, monitoring and evaluating CM implementation quality, timely working with CM to resolve any issues.

•Work with procurement for supplier qualification, review supplier, customer, and user feedback, propose and implement the improvement method.

•With the grow of the company, build a strong QA team to cover all QA functions including QA system certification (ISO, etc.), in/our inspection, product line QA, Documentation Control, Reliability, RMA, etc.



Qualifications:

•BS in business administration, engineering, industrial technology, or related discipline.

•At least 10 years’ QA related experience in semiconductor and/or optical module production, the experience in both international and domestic company are preferred.

•Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skill, able to pay attention to detail, good time management, analytical and problem-solving skill, a proven ability to meet deadlines.

•Experience of working with CM or partner, the experience with optical module production is a plus.

•Experience of ISO certification is mandatory, be able to set up semiconductor/optical module company QA standards/procedures.

•Strong written and oral Chinese and English communication skills, team player to actively cooperate with others, ability to lead a small team.
