Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing contracts, resolutions and other legal documents to mitigate company risk;
Identifying legal risk and conducting legal research;
Maintaining legal data bases, compliance matrix report, PoweBI and legal database system;
Collecting litigation evidence and litigation procedure documents;
Communicating and negotiating with outsider and internal customer to mitigate company loss.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in law;
Attorney license is a must;
At least 3 years in-house or law firm's working experience;
Good at English;
Team spirit, good communication skill;
Able to work under stress;
